Pascual Media LLC provides AI consulting, automation system design, and related services to business clients. Any specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Results described on this website (including case study figures and outcome ranges) are representative of past work and are not a guarantee of future performance. Actual results depend on client implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, and code — is the property of Pascual Media LLC. Upon full payment for a project engagement, clients receive ownership of the specific deliverables produced for them under that engagement, as outlined in the project agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pascual Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 90 days preceding the claim.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
